Returns

If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to us provided it has not been used. 

We will accept products back for exchange or a full refund as long as it is with its original packaging, invoice and the product itself unused or unworn. We cannot refund postage.

Remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email us with any queries about all of our products. 

If for any reason your order arrives with a fault or it has been damaged during transit, send it back to us and we will send you a replacement. 

Refunds

Our refund policy is flexible but we ask that items being returned are done so within seven (7) working days of receipt and accompanied with a note explaining the reason for the return, and if applicable the position of any fault.

We will refund the returned items via the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.

Exchanges (for 28 days after you receive your order)

If you wish to exchange any item - please contact us - we can then confirm if the exchange item you require is available.

Return the item to us at the address below with a note on the invoice of the item to be exchanged. (obtain proof of postage, and ensure your return is adequately covered by postal insurance)

Exchange Extension (Christmas Orders)

We will accept exchanges to the end of January for all orders place during the previous November and December.

Personalised Goods

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory Consumer Rights.

CT Sports Ltd, is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations, our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 working days from receipt.

Warranties

All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which will cover the product for faults and defects. This period of cover can vary, most items will be 1 year, but it is worth remembering that warranties do not cover general wear and tear. If you have an issue with a product purchased from CT Sports contact us first. Returned items with a warranty or repair issue should be clean and you will have to cover the postage cost back to CT Sports.
