If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size or style, there is no problem returning it to us provided it has not been used. 

We will accept products back for a refund of the amount paid - as long as it is with its original packaging, invoice and the product itself unused or unworn. We cannot refund postage.

Remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email us with any queries about all of our products. 

If for any reason your order arrives with a fault or it has been damaged during transit, send it back to us and we will send you a replacement. 

Refunds (for 14 days after you receive your order)

Our refund policy is flexible but we ask that items being returned are done so within 14 calander days from receipt and accompanied with a note explaining the reason for the return, and if applicable the position of any fault.

We will refund the returned items via the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.

If item has a manufacturing fault we normally will replace with same size and colour item.

Exchanges (for 28 days after you receive your order)

If you wish to exchange any item - please place a new order on for the item you require - we can then dispatch this immediately.

Then return the initial item to us at the address below with a note on the invoice of the the new order number and we will refund the initial amount paid. (obtain proof of postage, and ensure your return is adequately covered by postal insurance)

Return Extension (Christmas Orders)

We will accept exchange orders (ie new order placed and initial order returned) to the 15th January for all orders place during the previous November and December.

If the new order placed is to a lower value than goods returned we will issue a credit memo for balance (valid for 1 year from date of initial purchase)

Personalised Goods

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory Consumer Rights.

Consumer Rights

CT, is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Consumer Contracts Regulations, our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 14 calander days from receipt.

All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which will cover the product for faults and defects. This period of cover can vary, but it is worth remembering that warranties do not cover general wear and tear. If you have an issue with a product purchased from CT Sports contact us first. Returned items with a warranty or repair issue should be clean and you will have to cover the postage cost back to CT Sports.
